RESERVATIONS:
We require a 50% deposit to secure a reservation. The balance is payable on or before arrival.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been paid.
We will then confirm your booking, either per Email or Fax.
We accept all major credit cards.
We do not accept payments for other service providers, for example, car hire or tours. Please arrange to pay any other service providers directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 21 days or more prior to arrival – Deposit fully refundable less a 15% administrative fee. In addition a charge of R185.00 is levied on SWIFT transfers.
- 20-14 days prior to arrival – 50% refundable
- 12-0 days prior to arrival – Deposit non-refundable.
Refunds will only be made after any funds have been cleared by the relevant financial institutions and the time taken therefor to process any refund, of whatever nature, will thus be dependant on the amount of time taken by said financial institution to clear said funds.
