BUDGET ACCOMMODATION /Ungraded unit
The ungraded unit is ideal for short or long term stays for a single person, couple or family. We offer special discounts for long term stays. Long term stay rates are adjusted according to length of stay. We will change the bed configuration to suit your requirements wherever possible.
The open plan basic self catering unit with seperate entrance can sleep a maximum of 4 persons.
2 x Single beds and bunk bed or 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds.

RESERVATIONS:
We require a 100% deposit to secure a reservation for arrivals within 14 dyas.
Where the arrival date is 14 days or more in the future a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been paid.
We will then confirm your booking, either per Email or Fax.
We accept all major credit cards.
NO THIRD PARTY CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED - CARD MUST BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF CHECKING IN TOGETHER WITH ID/PASSPORT.
We do not accept payments for other service providers, for example, car hire or tours. Please arrange to pay any other service providers directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelled:
0-3 days prior to arrival, full booking amount payable
3-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit;
7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit;
14-21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit;
21+ days prior to arrival, forfeit 30% of deposit.
